Specify HDPE or UHMWPE, the required grade and any documentation needed. These materials are not interchangeable by default.

Provide panel length and width, route width, turning areas and any restrictions on panel handling.
Thickness
State your requested thickness, if known, along with equipment loads and ground conditions for review.
Colour
Include the required colour and quantity. Availability is confirmed for the selected material and specification.
Surface texture
Describe the preferred tread pattern, contact surfaces and use conditions.
Connections
Provide the installation layout and preferred connection arrangement. Hole positions, connector details and compatibility require confirmation.
Final supply dimensions, material grade, tolerances and connection details must be agreed before ordering.

There is no single load rating suitable for every site. Ground bearing conditions, contact pressure, equipment movement, panel design and installation must be considered together.

Share the dimensions, thickness, colour, tread and connection requirements you need. Feasible combinations and final specifications must be confirmed for the order.
What load can the mats support?
A universal load figure cannot describe every installation. Provide equipment loading, contact conditions, ground information and route details for review. The product must not be selected from equipment weight alone.
