DRAWING-BASED ENGINEERING PLASTIC PARTS

Machined Parts & Conveyor Components

UHMWPE components for sliding, guiding, shaft interfaces and conveying applications. Start with a drawing or sample, then agree the material, critical dimensions and inspection requirements for the part.

Complete green machined guide blocks with profiles and fixing holes

Components shaped around the application.

Explore product types shown in the catalogue. Profiles, interfaces and material grade are confirmed for the actual component.

Custom Machined Parts

Drawing-based profiles, holes, slots and component features. Send your drawing or sample dimensions for a feasibility review.

From drawing review to delivery.

Agree the part requirements before machining. The final process and acceptance criteria are confirmed for each order.

  1. Requirements & drawing review

Confirm the application, drawing revision, sample information, mating parts and quantities. Identify dimensions that control fit or function.

  2. Material & dimensions

Agree the material grade, colour, overall size, critical dimensions, tolerances and surface requirements. Review feasibility before production.

  3. Machining

Process the agreed profiles, holes, slots and other features to the approved drawing and order specification.

  4. Inspection & delivery

Check the agreed dimensions and features against the acceptance criteria. Confirm documentation, packaging and delivery requirements for the order.

A clear drawing makes a clearer enquiry.

Send drawings to our published email address. Include a drawing revision and identify the component you need; a sample or dimensioned sketch can also support the review.

Drawing or sample
Provide a drawing reference and revision, a dimensioned sketch, or details of an available sample. Indicate whether it is a new part or a replacement.
Material
Specify UHMWPE or your required material and grade, colour and any documentation requirements. Do not assume special-grade properties from the part’s appearance.
Critical dimensions & tolerances
Mark functional dimensions, fits, hole positions, surface requirements and the tolerances that matter. Feasibility and inspection criteria require confirmation.
Quantity & mating parts
State quantities by drawing or part number. Provide the shaft, chain, container or other mating-part details needed to understand the interface.
Operating environment
Describe movement, contact conditions, working loads, speed and temperature where known, plus moisture, chemicals or other relevant conditions. Add the destination and packaging needs.

Before you request a quote.

Which components are shown on this page?

The catalogue supports sliding blocks, bushings and shaft sleeves, chain guide profiles, bottle-handling wheels and feed screws, plus drawing-based machined components. The exact design is reviewed against your requirements.

Can you work from an existing part or sample?

A sample, photographs and measured dimensions can support the initial review. Confirm the material, critical fits and approved dimensions before machining; an existing part’s appearance alone does not establish its grade or specification.

What machining tolerances are available?

Identify the critical dimensions and tolerances on your drawing. The achievable requirements and inspection method are confirmed for the actual material, geometry and order; no universal machining accuracy is stated.

Do these parts automatically have food-contact or special-grade approval?

No. Application suitability, food-contact qualifications and special properties require separate confirmation of the material grade and supporting documentation. Product appearance or use on a conveyor is not proof of approval.

How do I send drawings and request a quote?

Email drawings to the address shown below and include material, critical dimensions, tolerances, quantity, mating parts and operating conditions. The website enquiry form only validates and previews your text; it does not receive attachments or send the enquiry.

Discuss your component requirements.

Share the part name, drawing revision, material, quantity and application. Email the drawings directly to our published contact address.
