Processing to drawings
Send a drawing or sample dimensions for cut-to-size panels, profiles, holes and slots. Machining feasibility, tolerances and inspection requirements are agreed for the actual part.

Conventional UHMWPE sheets
For general UHMWPE sheet enquiries, describe the application and confirm the conventional material grade. The special properties of modified grades are not implied for conventional sheets.
Special-grade enquiries
Flame-retardant and anti-static options are separate grade enquiries. Define the required property and test standard; availability and supporting documentation must be confirmed for that grade and order.
No special-grade performance, certification or food-contact qualification is implied for all sheets. Any such requirement needs separate confirmation and supporting documentation.

UPE is another name used for ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). UHMWPE is distinct from HDPE; specify the material and grade explicitly.
Can I order any thickness in every sheet format?
The confirmed thickness supply range is 10–300 mm, with the six sheet formats listed above. Exact format and thickness combinations are reviewed per order; the table does not indicate stock availability.
Can you supply custom colours or machined parts?
Share the required colour and a drawing or sample dimensions. Include profiles, holes, slots, critical dimensions and quantity so the specification and machining requirements can be reviewed.
Do all sheets have flame-retardant or anti-static properties?
No. These are separate special-grade enquiries. Specify the required property and test standard; suitability and documentation must be confirmed for the actual grade.

Provide width, length, thickness, colour, quantity, application conditions and destination. Add the material grade, drawings, tolerances and documentation requirements where known. Weight, tolerances and lead time are confirmed for the order.
